  As professional as a business can be: I recently started an LLC. with the help of Beaupre Law, a service that they provide but do not specialize in. They were always pleasant and punctual with every appointment and provided useful information along the way, but by the end of our business dealings I had some grievances about the services rendered to me that I called and voiced to Tim and his staff. The way the staff handled the situation surprised me, and the way they reconciled my problems provoked me to write what I believe is my very first google review. We all make mistakes, to err goes hand in hand with the human experience. But what makes an extraordinary human an outlier is how they chose to handle those mistakes. THAT is what defines our character, how we choose to handle adversity. I wasn’t expecting any special treatment when I called to voice the concerns I had with their services, but Tim and his staff went out of their way to make amends with me and try to make things right with me. And if that’s not a business you’d want to work with, then I’m not really sure what else you could possibly be looking for. Friendly, knowledgeable, accessible, and a sense of humility to boot?   The idea of doing all of family estate planning on our own seemed like a daunting task, and not one that my husband or I had the time to accomplish. The process was incredibly easy with Tim and his firm. We provided Tim with the necessary information and he did the rest.   Beaupre Law changed how I think of working with a lawyer.  Communication is excellent, using their portal to communicate improved the process.  Clearly defined fees and offerings, very professional staff and the whole process was painless not painful.
