“1:1 Attorney Time” includes: All communication and meetings with your lawyer (emails, phone calls, video and in-person meetings, monthly check-in). A running monthly total will be available in your client portal. Other plan services (for example, annual business risk assessment, document review, annual reporting) do not count toward your 1:1 Attorney Time total and are included up to the specified limits for you plan. Complete descriptions of plan membership will be provided in-writing prior to engagement.
