Common Questions

What if I need to reschedule?

Use the link in your confirmation email or contact our office—we’re happy to help.

Can my spouse attend?

Yes. In fact, we encourage it.

How long is the consultation?

We will set aside up to 30 minutes on the attorney’s calendar for your meeting.

Is the consultation in person or virtual?

We recommend a video meeting (Zoom) so you get the full experience without the travel. But we can accommodate phone or in-office meetings, as well.

Do I need to prepare anything in advance?

Not really! After scheduling, we’ll send a brief “concerns assessment” to identify any specific areas of concern, but nothing complicated.

What happens after the consultation if I decide to move forward?

If you choose to proceed, we’ll guide you through our structured process from start to finish, with clear expectations, timelines, and costs explained up front.
